About LandSure
LandSure Systems Ltd. (LandSure) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) that supports the business to continually innovate and improve delivery of services in the public interest. What we do every day has an impact on all British Columbians and we are proud to make positive contributions to how BC’s real property market functions.
More than just technology, our work is grounded in building systems and solutions that provide certainty around real property business and ownership in the province. For example, LandSure developed the Land Ownership Transparency Registry (LOTR), which supports the Province’s plan to address housing affordability by making the market more transparent and fair for British Columbians.
Our teams are multi-disciplinary and diverse. We collaborate
closely with LTSA teams to deliver solutions in the public interest that meet a
high standard of technical excellence and strong governance.
About the LTSA
The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is a publicly accountable, statutory corporation responsible for operating the land title and survey systems of BC. These systems provide the foundation for all real property business and ownership in the province.
LTSA delivers secure land titles through timely and
efficient registration of land title interests and survey records. These
services are an essential underpinning to BC’s private property market and the
civil justice system, and to BC’s civic governance, taxation and Crown land
management frameworks.
With support from the LandSure team, LTSA processes over four million online business transactions each year.
