The LandSure Systems team develops and maintains sophisticated spatial, business rule and other technology that underpin the operations of the land title and survey systems in BC. The organization also operates the LTSA’s ecommerce channel and other LTSA websites used by thousands of business, professional and government customers: the myLTSA portal.

The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is a publicly accountable, statutory corporation formed in 2005 responsible for administering the land title and survey systems of BC. These systems provide the foundation for all real property business and ownership in the province.
The LTSA delivers secure titles through timely, efficient registration of interests in title and survey records. These services are an essential underpinning to BC’s private property market and the civil justice system, and to BC’s civic governance, taxation and Crown land management frameworks.
Over the past fiscal year, the LTSA processed 3.65 million online business transactions.
